Membership

Members are responsible for the proper usage of the property and the facilities. Members will also be fully responsible for all guests staying with them. Guest details must be supplied to the Golf Holiday Club at the time of booking-in for the selected week(s).

The members (and with full responsibility for their guests) must adhere to the Code of Conduct at all times when staying in the Golf Holiday Club accommodation.

Deposits

A 3 month deposit will be required by either defering using the available weeks for 3 months after joining the Golf Holiday Club, or by an additional payment of £600. This deposit is to cover breakages, damage, losses and claims.

Bookings

8 weeks minimum notice will be required to at least gain the preferred weeks required for each member. All guests details including passport numbers and their e-mail must be given to the Golf Holiday Club at the time of booking.

If the member cannot make their booking you must give us at least 8 weeks notice, this is to allow us to effectively market the property to other members and the guest database. In the event of a period of less than this we cannot guarantee the transfer of the week(s) booking to another member. In this case you wil loose your week. Therefore it is in your own interest to effect cancellation cover at the time of booking, such as with an annual insurance policy.

Membership Pool of Weeks

If a member wishes to change their chosen week(s) then the Club must be given at least 8 weeks notice so that the available weeks can be put back into the Pool. The week(s) will be sold off and the member will receive the considereatiopn less our administration fee (for the marketing and building the database).

Unused weeks can be put into the pool to both members and guest on the database. The weeks can be sold in this way, and the member will receive the consideration less our administrative fee. We need at least 12 weeks notice in this event so that effective marketing of your week(s) can be carried out.

Golf Holiday Club; Golf Property Club and Golf Development Club are all trading names for Barbur Developments Ltd a UK Registered Company. Company No. 04990932
