The Golf Holiday Club is designed to be simple AND Good value for money.

The basic idea is that the holiday Club provides you with your golfing holiday accommodation in several up and coming Golfing locations:

You will need to provide:

• Travel by Air Sea and land to the Golf destination

• Holiday Insurances: To cover cancellations and medical problems

• La Manga Golf Booking Request (please book well in advance to avoid disappointment)

• Car Hire

We will find excellent value for money accommodation on some excellent golf courses.

Initially we have targeted Spain, but we are currently looking at Golfing breaks in the rest of Europe, The US and beyond.

Initial Membership costs:

• 2 bed 2 bath Ground floor/first floor apartment: £190 per month subject to terms and conditions.

• 2 bed 2 bath Penthouse apartment: £250 per month subjects to terms and condition

These monthly fees provide you with use of the accommodation for 5 weeks of each year. Split 1 weeks peak season (July-Aug), 2 weeks off-peak and 2 weeks winter/off peak. Assuming £1.00 = €1.097 (as April 2009)

This represents around a 30% discount on the charges levied by the developer to rent out the same properties!
